We offer Rewetting Agent by the name of 

SUMIWET-H/Conc.

(Powerful An-ionic Wetting and Rewetting Agent)

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

Sulphonated modified ester

PROPERTIES:

Appearance : Pale Yellow Clear Liquid.

In-onic Nature : An-ionic.

Solubility : Miscible with water in all propotions

Stability : Stability to acidic and mild alkaline, However,

unstable to stronger alkalelies.

pH : About 6-7 (1% Solution)

Shelf life : 6 months.

APPLICATION:

SUMIWET-H/Conc. finds its applications in textile preparatory processes

viz. stepping, desizing, scouring boiling, bleaching, dyeing etc., where

wetting is desired. It is also very useful for the purpose of rewetting i.e.

producing highly absorbent yarn or fabric such as sanforsing, towelling

and surgical cotton.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

For wetting in preparatory processes - 1.0 to 2.0 g/ltr

For rewetting:

i) Goods for Sanforising - 1 g/ltr

ii) Towelling - 1.0 to 3.0 g/ltr

iii) Surgical Cotton - 0.1 to 0.2% on the weight of material

While using SUMIWET - H/Conc. quantity of product may be

decreased     by about 4%.
